Update: 27 January 2022

Due to the raising of the Red Alert, the EMPA committee has postponed the Conference to Monday 17 – Tuesday 18 October 2022. A revised programme will be released soon.

We look forward to welcoming you all to Te Papa in October.

Following a record breaking 2019 conference which attracted over 190 delegates, and a sold-out 2021 conference, this will be the 8th annual Emergency Communications Conference. EMPA will be bringing PIMs, crisis managers and communicators, media, research and government agencies from throughout the country.

Please note: all delegates will be required to adhere to the Venue regulations as per the COVID-19 framework. Please refer to the Te Papa website for more details.
